From ER to discharge, nothing gets lost
Pulli.Health brings voice AI and document AI into the hospital. It drafts discharge summaries, ward-round notes and handovers from the conversations and documents that already exist. The named clinician reviews and signs each one.

Where the documentation burden sits
| Moment | What happens today | What Pulli.Health drafts | Who signs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discharge summary | Assembled at the end from scattered notes, labs and drug charts | A summary from the whole stay: admission note, progress notes, lab trends, advice | Consultant |
| Ward rounds | Consultant speaks; a resident writes it up later from memory | The progress note and to-do list from the bedside discussion | Treating doctor |
| ER handover | Verbal, between shifts, often unwritten | A structured handover: situation, plan, pending items | ER doctor |
| Reports | Lab and radiology PDFs sit in separate systems | Report values brought into the patient's timeline | Read from source |
Why start with discharge summaries?
Waiting for the discharge summary is often the slowest step in sending a patient home. In one north Indian tertiary hospital, receiving the summary took about 235 minutes of a 329-minute discharge on average. A process redesign cut it to about 73 minutes.
Sharma et al., International Journal of Community Medicine and Public Health, August 2025 โ single-site study of 1,000 discharges; not a Pulli.Health result.
The discharge summary is drafted from documents already written, so it needs no recording on a busy ward, and the gain can be measured from the first week.
How a hospital adopts Pulli.Health
- Phase 01
Discharge summaries
Measurable from day one, and drafted from existing documents.
- Phase 02
Ward rounds and progress notes
Once voice capture is proven with several speakers and ward noise.
- Phase 03
ER handover
A predictable routine, with a consultant present to review.
Who it helps

Frequently asked questions
Does the AI decide the discharge medicines?
No. The discharge medicine list is always placed by the doctor.
How does the signed document reach our HIS?
Whichever way your HIS team prefers. Pulli.Health can send signed documents through an API, as FHIR resources, or through another protocol your EMR developer is comfortable with. A PDF export is always available as well.
Can Pulli.Health handle a noisy ward with several people talking?
That's why hospitals start with discharge summaries, which are drafted from documents you already have and need no recording. Ward rounds come next, once voice capture is proven in your wards with your teams.
How much training do our doctors need?
Very little. Most doctors are ready to record their first consultation in about 10 minutes, and we run a short walkthrough for each team during the pilot.
