Voice, documents, history. One patient memory.
Notes, report reading and patient histories take hours a week. Here's how Pulli.Health does each one.

Voice Scribe: an AI medical scribe that understands how you actually consult
Pulli.Health's Voice Scribe listens to the consultation and drafts a structured clinical note, for example in SOAP format or your own template. It understands English, Malayalam and the code-mixed speech most Kerala consultations use. The note is written in English.
Nothing from silence
A speech detector checks for real speech first. If no one was speaking, Pulli.Health refuses to draft a note rather than inventing one.
Built for the clinic
Assistants can register patients and prepare appointments before the doctor starts.
Listen back
Doctors can play back the consultation audio while reviewing the note.
What was said
Patient: "Doctor, randu divasamayi pani undu, pinne cough um."
Doctor: "Okay, any breathlessness? Let's check your sugar report also."

Document AI: every paper the patient brings, read for you
Lab reports, discharge summaries, old prescriptions, radiology reports, from any lab or hospital, in any format. Photograph or upload them, and Pulli.Health reads them and puts what matters in front of you.
Lab reports become trends
Values such as HbA1c, creatinine and lipids are pulled out and charted across visits, with out-of-range values marked by the lab's own reference range.
Discharge summaries and radiology reports become searchable
Find the diagnosis, the procedure or the radiologist's exact words without reading every page.
Old prescriptions show what the patient was on
Past medicines appear in the patient's history for you to see. Pulli.Health never carries them into a new prescription.
Every detail shows its source
Anything Pulli.Health pulls out sits next to the page it came from, and anything it can't read with confidence waits for your review.

Patient Summary: the whole patient, on one screen
Before you call the patient in, see what matters: when each condition was diagnosed, what they're taking now, how their lab results are moving, and what you planned last time. Each line shows where it came from, so you can check it in one tap.
- Diagnosis timeline. Every condition, in the order it was diagnosed, with the date and the note or report it came from.
- Current medicines. What the patient is on now, taken from the latest signed prescription, with the date each one started.
- Lab trends. Key results charted across visits.
- Last plan. What you decided at the previous visit, so you can pick up from there.
Ask a question, get a straight answer
Type a question like "What was the last creatinine?" and Pulli.Health answers from this patient's own notes and reports, showing you where it found it. If the answer isn't there, it tells you so. It never guesses, and never answers from general medical knowledge.

Frequently asked questions
Can I dictate notes with Pulli.Health?
Yes. Pulli.Health works two ways. In a consultation, it listens to the conversation between doctor and patient and drafts the note from it. When you'd rather speak the note yourself, live dictation types it as you talk. Either way, you review and edit before it's saved.
Can I edit the note?
Yes. Every section can be edited before you sign. Nothing reaches the record unsigned.
Which documents can Pulli.Health read?
Lab reports, past prescriptions, discharge summaries and radiology reports, as photos or PDFs.
Does Pulli.Health diagnose from lab results?
No. It extracts values and highlights those outside the lab's own reference range. The doctor interprets them.
Can an AI scribe understand code-mixed Malayalam and English?
Yes, if it is built for it. English-first speech tools struggle when languages mix within a sentence. Pulli.Health is built for that kind of speech.
