Nothing is saved until a doctor checks it.
Pulli.Health is built on one rule: AI drafts, the doctor decides. Every note is marked as an AI draft until a clinician reviews and signs it, and several safeguards stop the AI from adding things that weren't said.
Signed, not auto-filed
Every draft is labelled "AI draft — review required". Nothing enters the patient's record until the doctor signs it. After signing, changes create a new version, so the record shows what was signed and when.
Medicines are the doctor's
Pulli.Health shows the medicines it heard during the consultation. Only the doctor places a medicine on the prescription. This applies to discharge medicine lists in hospitals too.
Can an AI scribe invent things that weren't said?
Yes. Any AI that drafts text can produce content that sounds right but wasn't said, especially from silence or background noise. Pulli.Health guards against this in layers:
These reduce the risk; they do not remove the need to review. That is why every note is signed by a doctor.
Every value has a source
Document AI shows each lab value next to the part of the report it came from. Values outside the lab's own reference range are highlighted for review, never interpreted. Patient Summary answers only from the patient's own record, cites its source, and says so when the record has no answer.
Consent first
Patients consent to recording before the first recorded consultation. If they decline, the recording is deleted immediately.
Where is patient data stored?
Patient data is processed and stored in India, in Mumbai. Pulli.Health is designed for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The patient's WhatsApp summary is sent as a secure link, and the page it opens carries no analytics or advertising trackers.
Frequently asked questions
Who is responsible for the note?
The signing doctor. Pulli.Health drafts; the doctor reviews, edits and signs.
Does Pulli.Health make clinical decisions?
No. Pulli.Health is a documentation tool. It drafts notes, reads reports and summarises a patient's history, but it doesn't diagnose, recommend treatment or place medicines. Every note is reviewed and signed by the doctor.
Does Pulli.Health use patient data to train AI?
Only with the patient's separate permission. Patient data is used to document their care. It is used to improve our AI only if the patient has separately agreed to that, and saying no doesn't affect their care in any way.
Can a patient ask for their data to be deleted?
Yes. A patient can ask their doctor, or write to us at support@pulli.health. We delete their personal details and recordings. Where the law requires a doctor to keep clinical notes, those notes are kept with the patient's identifying details removed.
